The Mill House Branding

We’ve worked with Josie for a number of years with Holidays2Remember. When we got the project to create a more modern website for the Georgian guest house in Brighstone, The Mill House. We were also asked to think about giving The Mill House its own brand identity separate to the Holidays2Remember with the view to use H2R as an umbrella brand giving the opportunity to expand the portfolio.

The brief was to reflect the elegant sophistication of the property whilst giving it a contemporary feel to work across a variety of platforms online and in print. So as a tool to help with the subsequent build of the website we created the new logo and a set of brand guidelines outlining the style, colour palette and typography to use.

In the current ever-evolving digital world it is important for a brand to work across web and social media as well as the traditional medium of print. So with it in mind it was important to create a set of logos to work in different situations but still remain in-line with the brand and wouldn’t confuse the audience.
